Excellent quality. The shipping was speedy. It has multiple modes and it's very sturdy, i did a test drive for it and enjoyed it. I do recommend using the app because switching modes with a finger while riding is tricky.

A couple points, it's a bit hard to get the screws inside of the holes all the way. Only a small piece of it was broken. it was entirely cosmetic and I fixed it with glue. That was likely deliveries fault because FedEx sucks.

This is my second time buying a scooter of this type.
and this is definitely the brand to buy it from. there's actually rear wheel protection. that stops the back from snapping in half if you accidentally rest your foot on it. My first scooter did not have that, I was stuck duct taping the rear guard.

This scooter has a bell that's easy to push. And it doesn't snap back and injure my finger. This one also doesn't lie and say it's waterproof. It tells you clearly on the package not to drive it in the rain.

My last scooter from Sunnigo did not say that. It said it was waterproof. So when it got damaged by the water I was very upset.

This one tells the truth. now let's hope it lasts more than 6 months. I'll update my review if it doesn't.
